How to Submit

Download and complete the special session proposal template.

Submitted proposals will be evaluated by the special session organizers based on the relevance and timeliness of the topic, as well as the qualifications of the organizers and contributors.

Proposals must include the session title, abstract, organizers, presenters, background details, and a session outline. Each session's organizing team should ideally consist of 4–5 speakers or contributors.

All proposals should be submitted via email to the 18ACFM Secretariat at 18acfm@gmail.com

Detailed Instructions

All participants and speakers/contributors in special sessions, including organizers,

must pay the registration fee, regardless of their role or type of presentation.

An additional fee of $1,000 USD is will be charged for organizing a Special Session.
