We kindly encourage all participants to review their VISA requirements well in advance of the conference to ensure sufficient time for processing. Due to global security regulations, VISA applications may take longer than usual, so early preparation is highly recommended.

If you require a VISA to attend the 18ACFM, we are please to provide an invitation letter to support your application. However, please note that the 18ACFM cannot guarantee VISA approval or assist with obtaining the necessary travel documents for entry into the Republic of Korea.
