Presenter Registration Policy
🎯 At least one author must have paid the early registration fee for each oral or poster presentation.
🎯 One early registration fee is applicable for only one presentation.

The Registration fee includes lunch on all three days (September 10-12).
It also covers the evening banquet on September 11 (Thursday).

Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration, please email your written request to the Secretariat at 18acfm@gmail.com.
Cancellation and refund requests submitted by phone call will not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the Congress, and for bank transfer payments,
a $20 handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund terms are as follows (based on Korean Standard Time, KST):
• Registrations cancelled on or before April 30, 2025 will receive a full refund.
• Registrations cancelled on or before July 31, 2025 will receive a 50% refund.
• Registrations cancelled after August 1, 2025 (including no-shows) are non-refundable.
