Submission Guideline

Abstracts should be written in English.

All submissions should follow the provided template and be uploaded in both Word and PDF formats.

Authors may specify up to two preferred topics upon submission, although session assignments will ultimately be decided by the 18ACFM organizing committee.
Notification of Abstract Acceptance

Authors will receive an email confirming whether their abstract is accepted and if it will be presented orally or as a poster.

A confirmation of abstract submission will be sent following each online submission.

Once an abstract has been accepted, the presenting or corresponding author is required to register for the congress and attend in person.
